Lick Digital Group buys Topcopy

Leeds-based digital print company Topcopy has been bought by the digital division of marketing and fulfilment company Lick Group, Lick Digital Group.
Lick Digital will move from its Gildersome site to Topcopy head office, as a result of the acquisition.
With a turnover of more than £1 million, Topcopy will keep its name. It will become an official part of the Lick Group. There are four divisions to the Lick Group - marketing agency Lick Agency, Lick Online, Lick Direct and Lick Digital.
Group managing director of the Lick Group, Linden Kitson, said that like for any business the recession has been extremely tough and the group as a whole has taken numerous hits as a result.
Combined, the Lick Digital team will employ more than 20 and predicts a turnover of around £1.5m.
Clients for Lick Digital include from a variety of sectors such as Leeds United FC, National Union of Miners and HM Prison Services.
